Why do guys ignore girls they previously showed a lot of interest in ?!?

This guy's messing with my head !

I got a few strong hints after some parties, but then this weekend I was super sure because he was following me the whole party, hugging me a lot, interrupting me when I was talking to other guys...and all my friends are saying we should get together (I don't really like girlfriends getting involved)
-some people answered that he was drunk, he could have been after 4 beers but he definetly wasn't very smashed !
he even sort of asked me to go on a date...but he's a bit shy so it was sort of mumbled
I don't have his number, but have him on the net

now he's just ignoring me...i sent him some messages bc i knew he was shy but he's gone all cold

How can he follow me around a whole party, stop me from talking to other people so I had max alone time with him....and then just pretend that I don't even exist !

Maybe he thought of it as a joke to give of flirtatious signals. His Friends could be right about the drunk part then they couldn't be. I wouldn't put all your hope into him, maybe not worry about it give it some time and see if he ever talks to you again. Hopes this helps!
