Why do I still have pop-ups from internet explorer when I use firefox?

You have spyware on your machine. Use Spy Bot Search and Destroy and Ad Aware to get rid of it.
 
go up to tools on the Internet and when u find pop-up blocker go to the little arrow and it will say turn off pop up blocker and there u go!
That's EASY!
 
You will have to get a really good spyware and malware scrubber. There are a few viruses that cause IE to remain active and periodically pop up windows. Quite annoying.
