well almost every time i fall asleep i only sleep for about an hour and half no long than two hours. and than i wake up screaming for someone, i say someones name, even if tho no one is home. and than once i come to it and realize again that no one is there i feel all anxious, stressed, confused and cant fall asleep again for a few hours some times it is longer. within the last 3 days i have only gotten 8 hours of sleep. so anyone get got any suggestions i would love to hear them thanks.
