Why do kisses feel real in dreams?

I've had dreams where I can feel the kiss as if the person was giving it to me in real life. Its so weird. This normally doesnt happen in dreams. Has anyone had this experience?
I know its really weird! By the way, I dont do drugs or drink alcohol
