...ones in charge of both? The school unions are all Liberal Contributors and lobbyist, most major US Cities are run by Liberals, they raise the money, beg for it, they spend it and they intern waste it. Heck when ever a conservative says school vouchers they get called racist, and the Liberal way is an abject failure. Then why do these government liberals who have been in charge of Education and Cities for the last 60 years (that are doing so poorly) complain that they need more money without taking any blame for their own mismanagement?
