Why do MP3 song samples have to re-buffer, while YouTube videos buffer once,

and they're done? When I visit an MP3 Download website, and I click to listen to a song sample (I'm on Dial-up), it buffers so I can hear it once. And if I want to listen to the song sample again, it buffers AGAIN. (Why isn't it already to play again without any stops?) When I load a YouTube video, it takes maybe 15 minutes to buffer (depending on length of video), but then I can watch as many times as I want without having to wait for it to re-buffer.
