I have the Dell Inspiron 14R N4110 and after a few minutes of having my usb 3.0 flash drive plugged into one of the USB3.0 ports the ports and my Bluetooth stop working with code 43. after this no devices in the 3.0 ports work at all, not even regular 2.0, .1 whatever.
Restarting temporarily fixes the problem only to repeat a few min later. reinstalling the drivers does not fix it, and MS Fix-it shows the Bluetooth error but not the usb problem and cannot fix it.
