Hello! Whenever I do hammer curls or regular dumb bell curls, it seems as if though my forearms are burning. Am I doing it wrong, and twisting my forearms too much? Or is this normal?
hammer curls are a bicep and Forearm workout lol so yes and want to add barbell or cable curls too to get more focus on bicep like every other month or week.

Your forearms aren't used to gripping so much weight for a certain period of time. So basically, you are working your forearms while doing your bicepts at the same time!
