why do my torrents from speed cd not seed?

Why do my torrents from speed cd not seed
the other torrents seed just as usual
ive tried leaving it by itself and removing the other torrents but it still will not seed
when i let torrents seed at the same time, the others seed but not the speedcd one.

whats wrong? and can some one help me
