...against G-d? G-d is said to be mysterious and impossible to understand, so although it is fine that you don't believe in it, I don't see how strange unhappiness in the universe is proof against him.
edit: if you want to understand compassion and mercy, you have to know the alternative to what has happened, and nobody does. If G-d knew something far worse was in store for us if he didn't create the world the way it is, then that would be compassionate, and merciful, now wouldn't it?

2. Therefore, there is no G-d.
maybe you should look at that and question your thinking
