Why do people have innocent queries, but its actually a racist flaming rant?

So i'm clicking on titles that say something curious about race or wants to know why they do a specific thing and all of a sudden when i scroll down they insult groups of people and it turns out more of a rant than a question! And the sad part is a lot of people support them... Are they trolls? or are thy for real?
