...attempting to discuss faith? What false pride is associated somehow with the notion that intellect is 'superior' to faith?

"What false pride is associated somehow with the notion that intellect is 'superior' to faith?"

LMAO!!! Oh man, that's awesome!

That is a big statement to make with no evidence shown to support it.

Faith is believing in something that you know cannot be substantiated in any way, shape or form.

Intellect allows one to evaluate information, accrue and use knowledge.

Intellect is obviously superior to faith.

"A person who says they know everything, knows nothing."

That goes for BOTH sides

well well, you've got opinions, don't you. but would you care to ask a real question? something you'd like to know, rather than a poorly disguised insult?

Faith = blind trust, therefore faith = gullibility. Gullibility = low IQ. You know how it is.

It's just the human way to think that their way is better than any other. That's because they chose their path and they obviously thought it was the best choice. It's not just non-believers, by the way. It's everywhere and in everything, and believers do it just as often as anyone else. These people truly believe that intellect IS superior to faith, because if they didn't, they would be believers. Who is to say that they're wrong and who's to say that they're right. I'm not, but I know that other people express their opinions more freely than I do.

Faith is all well and good, until it starts resulting in the burning of people alive at the stake.

It is the keen eye of the intellectual that sees this for what it is, an atrocity.

I don't really know? But if that's you in the Avatar, I can forgive your question, as idiotically irrational as it is.
YES! IT's absolutely ignorant for ......whoever to discuss .....anything..............What size are your breasts?

No, they're just impatient with your stubborn delusion. Why not have fun while they're at it? Laughter is good for the heart. <3

many people who drank the punch in Jonestown had complete faith that the world was ending.
intellect saved a few who refused to drink it.

not much of a thinker, are you
