Why do so many people complain about how only "the rich" benefit from Bush tax cuts?

It's a FACT that if you make over $31,987 per year, then you are in the top 50% of income earners who pay 98% of the taxes in this country as of 2006. http://www.ntu.org/main/page.php?PageID=6

So why do liberals and socialists think it's unfair that the people who actually PAY taxes are the ones who benefit most from tax cuts? Especially when the bottom 50% don't even pay taxes but actually get REFUNDS?

Because most people do not know how taxes work and who is actually paying them. Education can go a looooong way.

BTW, see the chick (PJ) above me. NO refund if you don't pay? GET EDUCATED!!! Child tax credit? Earned Income Credit? Please.... refunds. Do some research before talking ever again.
