Why do so many people hate Olivia Munn? (no rants, please)?

I don't honestly know anything about her other than she's a nerdy hot girl. Why is she so polarizing? Is she really not that funny and people just hire her for her looks, or is she just a victim of haters? Not looking for any rants, just an honest explanation.

Most stars of music, dance, stage, movie, comedy etc. have a very polarized audience.
Agents and promoters love it. It gives the performer more attention and keeps them in the lime light.
It is often said: I don't care what you say about me just as long as you are talking about me.

I am pretty ambivalent about her, I first saw her on the Daily Show but frankly she is not that funny. When her segment comes on I just feel that she tries too hard and her jokes just kinda fall flat. I don't really a personal grudge against her.

From what I know, people dislike her because they generally feel that she is one of those hot girls who pander to nerds. You know, those who are not really that into "nerd stuff" but pretends so that the demographic would pay more attention to her. I mean, her last job was hosting some show which involves her deep-throating a hot-dog.
