Ok. Say im downloading a file with 100 seeds:
Why does it only connect to about 15 seeds?
Why of the 15 im connected to does it only download from about 3 of them?
Why of the 3 im downloading from do the downloads only go about 0.5 kb/s ?
And yes i have forwarded the port.
