Why do white people want blacks to stop complaining?

Do they want blacks and other races to stop complaining about racism and past history so that they can try to brainwash the new generation and start slavery over again or to strip us of even more of our rights?

As long as you realize that complaining does little to knock down obstacles or help you succeed.
You see an obstacle, you should go around it, over it, under it or through it - not just complain.

EDIT: Why am I chosen to tell a room of white people. Something to do with my Avatar? It could be misleading - Plus, if you've noticed recently, the screaming doesn't seem to be about obstacles - it seems to be about maintaining the status quo. I've heard the subtle racist chant "I want MY America back" As if they are somehow in danger merely due to the color of Presidents skin. You, my friend, should be helping to bring about positive change - not falling for the age-old scheme of the entrenched power structure to pit the races and nationalities of the poor and middle class against eachother in order to preserve their wealth and power.
