Why is American Gangster a good thing. This is whats wrong with this society. We sell the American Dream to the youth and everyone thinks they can get rich without working. This also may be a good reason why only about 40% of kids these days graduate from high school in urban areas. There are some cities where only 10-20% graduate high school, meanwhile China goes to school I believe 7 days a week and for 300 plus days a year.

BET is not a good thing no matter how you look at it. Even the gospel shows are about publicity and is a beauty pageant. BET is full of rap & hip hop artists. none of them have morals and values. if they do, it's very little. it's all about money. you do whatever you have to to get it. no matter how degrading it is.
