Why does Fraps record 60fps and playback in 30fps?

Why when i record 60fps in fraps... the audio is fine, but the video apprears to be in slow motion?

Like in WoW, i can record a clear 60fps. After i review the video, the audio is fine, but the video is in slow motion. So 1/2 way through the video the audio is over...

WTF!
