My iPad asks for my iTunes password about once a minute and it is starting to drive me CRAZY! Is there anyways to turn this off, where it won't ask for my password as much or not at all? Thanks!

Because it loves you and never wants to see your account get hacked.

Because It trys to avoid you suing then=m for letting your iPad do that! (hacked) ALL APPLE PRODUCTS DO THAT!

Well, I have an i-pod touch and mine does the same thing...... it's more for saftey incase someone gets ahold of your ipod and starts buying all sorts of stuff. It just wants to make sure it is in the owners hands since it is a nice and expensive product :)
There is no way to turn it off.
