I was born Muslim so I was given an Arabic/Farsi name but my name was never mentioned in any holy texts. My dad always lectures me about keeping the trend alive by naming my kids Islamic/Arabic names..But when I see Christian Arabs they have white names like Alex etc. If Muslims speak the same language as other Arabs, why do they not use the same names we do? like in Christianity, its Jesus, but in Islam his name was Yahya..
