in game every now and again i cant mute some people i move the selection box up and down and it wont let me select them so i can mute how does this happen?
edit.... they do have mics it cause they are speaking
yea I've had that happen to me to, I thinks its a game lag and it doesn't realize that the person is fully loaded in and prevents you from highlighting their name.
