I just bought a new computer and hooked it up to my modem and put in the dsl disk. It didn't even come up on the screen by the internet is working. On my other computer, you went through a step by step process to install all the software and all. I don't have any indication that I have att and I don't have the security software either, alhtough I do have the 60 day free antivirus. I installed the att repair tool.
Why was the set up process different on my new computer and why didn't att go though the set up process when I installed the cd? I got no reponse from the cd, although the light flashed, nothing on screen or on programs installed. Internet working fine
