It will copy 4x! It will write to 4x but won't copy to or write to 16x? What in the heck am I doing wrong. I know I must be missing something.
Lap top....2010...24x DVD/CD reader writer in my laptop. I make a movie. I try to copy that movie with Roxio to a 16x DVD+R no luck. So I stick in a 4xDVD+R and it copies just fine. Plays in all the TV's in the house....play's in all the other computers in the house! So then I take the one written on the 4x which works... and try to make just a copy from that one to the 16x. No luck. It asks me what speed? How do I know...I am computer dummy at best. So I pick 4x, as that is what the first one was???? Any help out there??
Thanks,
Tech Slip,
I just went and tried your suggestion, and it worked just fine. Thank you.
So ....for my movies, I need to buy 4xDVD+R? ONLY?
That would clear my mind and I would quit using all of these disks as frisbies. Get's pricey after a while.
I would just buy the right kind to begin with!
