Why doesn't my MSN on my Samsung Omnia work?

it says that there is an error-1. It says the sign in name or password is wrong. but the password and user name is deffinatley not wrong. i tried resting the MSN application on my phone and i even changed my MSN password. It also says on peoples MSN LIST i am signed on but i am not. How do i fix this ! please help! :)
