Why doesn't pizza or fried chicken taste very good in Australia?

When I was in Seoul, South Korea, I remember the pizza and especially the fried chicken was world class whether from KFC, Popeyes or other brands but here in Australia (I live in Canberra), the pizza and especially the fried chicken tastes horrendous. The one from KFC is inedible whereas the chicken from Red Rooster isn't that amazing either. What's up with that? Something is not right with the food industry in Australia. I'm not saying all foods are bad but a lot of it doesn't seem to have good taste or flavor. P.S. I'm not fat or American but I enjoy delicious food and exercise regularly.

Maybe its just Canberra because I live in Brisbane and it tastes great. Why do you just assume that its the whole of Australia?

well it all depends on the cooks that are there working also. not everybody cooks it the same. some cooks make there food juicy and others some how make it dry.

The chicken tastes foul because of the way the animals are treated. They grow too fast, they aren't healthy or happy and you can taste that. Try free range chicken, it's so much more tasty because the animals are treated right. As for pizza, it's probably because your paying $6 for it from a fast food store. Try a local Italian place. So much better, and a lot of the time, better for you.

I had this when I went to Cambodia of all places the kfc taste so much better and its not greasy. My dad explained it to me im not sure what its called but they use something differently in cooking it.

it might be chicken thats free range and not pumped with a bunch of toxic shi† such as organic dont eat meat mate
