So I just recently got an iPhone 3GS. I have an app that I can make ringtones out of songs from my music library on my phone. When I plug my iPhone into my computer and open iTunes, I can go to apps and find the ringtones I made in the 'RMaker' app. From then you're supposed to drag the ringtones from iTunes and drop it on the desktop, then drag the same ringtone back into iTunes to put in the 'Ringtone' folder. Only problem is that I don't have a ringtone folder located in my iTunes even with my phone plugged in. How can I get it? Thank you.

Copy one of your songs to your desktop then change the file extension to .m4r before adding it back to the iTunes library. It'll create a ringtones folder & add it there (but you can delete it later obviously).

I had the same problem, what i did was i downloaded ONE ringtone from itunes, and then the folder showed up.

My ringtone is already in the m4r extension but the Ringtone folder still didn't show up??
