Why don't I see Neopets Mobile on my T-MOBILE games list?

I looked through the pages where it said to look as well as on the website and i didn't see anything can anyone help me out? i have a Samsung Behold
Rebootingh didnt work since I cant even see it on the website to download it. The problem is that its not posted or something.
