Why don't men feel "obligated" to laugh at a woman's "jokes" on a date?

Why don't men feel "obligated" to laugh at a woman's "jokes" on a date?

Apparently, women feel obligated to laugh, yet men don't have this burden. Why?
If men do it too, why don't men complain about it?
