Why exactly is my AT&T U-Verse internet only working properly during the day and

TERRIBLE at night? So, my roommate and I can't come up with any legitimate reason as to why an internet connection would weaken at a certain time of night but literally around 9-10 pm until about 3am EVERY SINGLE NIGHT since we've gotten our internet service, which was about a month and a half ago, it's been getting slower than a phone 56k connection. Does anyone have any sort of comparable experiences with the AT&T U-Verse internet service or any way to fix this problem?

I just did a speedtest and my results are D: 292 kbps U: 34 kbps.
