Why has Obama never talked about Osama bin Laden?

Considering he's still the #1 most wanted on the list, in all this time both in the primaries and since the presidency I've never heard him mention Osama once. Why?

because hes not important anymore, people think hes dead and its likely he will never get a chance like 911 ever again
 
Probably because Osama hasn't been heard from and is most likely dead and we just can't prove it because he's buried in Afghanistan somewhere.
