...immigration law? Arizona is 15% more Republican than the average, yet I saw all the protests in Phoenix! Whats up?
 
You do know sb 1070 is Arizona's response to very high crime rate and killings of border agents and police.How is that racist and republican.Sounds more like they and Americans are fed up with illegals and their crimes.
 
it's not a racist law. it is meant to do the job the goernment refuses to do. i think it's time to leave the union...

Firstly, not one hispanic crossing illegally over the border gave a flyin rip for their ethnicity at the moment they violated U.S. law.
Secondly, only idiots use the race card as some excuse to prevent the law from being exercised.
Lastly, No one gives a crap what ethnicity they are. The law was broken.

The majority wants laws like the SB1070. you did see protests by the small percentage who believes breaking the law is a good thing.
 
I would guess it is because many people are concerned about more than one issue.

The protesters had to bring people in from other states because they could not get enough people from Arizona to make a good 'statement'.

They left an American flag on the ground that had been stomped on, graffiti all over it and in general totally disrespected.

That tells me exactly what kind of people they were.

Arizona Americans of Mexican descent were as disgusted as I was.
 
You saw protest with a few thousand in attendance. The state consist of 6.6 million people. The rest stayed home because they supported the law.
 
The people demonstrating were either illegals themselves or from out of State. I saw quite a few license plates from California when I was there.
 
there is democrats in every state lol. The news can find any political party in any state. Were you born yesterday or something?
 
I saw hispanic citizens protesting illegals. So I'm guessing those protesters were non-voting illegals.

Just off the top of my head.
