Why is it there is still Ares icon even though i have deleted the program?

This program keep bugging me when i tried to download torren's based movies.. Can you teach me how to erase this program completely.Thanks in advance

icon on your desktop?
did you just delete it. ie: right click > delete
or did you uninstall it?
to uninstall it you have to go to control panel > uninstall program > find the program > right click > uninstall and follow the on screen instruction
