WHY IS IT? timing of presidents vacation gets questioned? but not the evil congress?

Congressmen are back in their home districts getting their ears blasted by voters. Because Congress is not in session, it does not mean 535 people are on vacation. My representative is in our home district having meetings with constituents. Since he is a conservative Republican, he is not afraid to face the masses.

those on the hill just went thru a trying time fussing with each other as our lives went into the dumper and we told them what we thought by phone calls to their offices. The president on the other hand had not presented an opinion nor a plan nor was working on one. And we did complain about their vacation but they really did look worn out, but I'd think a week or two relaxation would have been enough. Well a committee was named and I have a beef with it taking till Thanksgiving to come up with a tentative answer. Seems to me we pay them while they battle each other and I'd like quicker answers.

Don't know, but evil is a strong word. And, the congress is much more difficult to manage, with hundred or so people. The president is just one guy who needs to get some good work done
