Why is my car not picking up speed?

I have a 2000 Nissan Maxima GLE. I have changed the spark plugs, injectors, battery, coils, starter, alternator, and a few hoses and pumps. When giving the car gas while going up a hill the car slowly slows down making the ride a struggle.(even in O/D) The more gas it gets the slower the car moves. What may the problem be?
