Why is my LG Rumor Touch's color saturation fucked to hell?

I just bought an LG Rumor Touch yesterday at Best Buy. The color saturation is obviously screwed up because everything that is supposed to by white is hot pink. I have not activated my phone yet with Virgin Mobile, is this why? Or does my phone just have a glitch and I need to return it?
 
Take it back!

Take it back! That is not normal at all. If Best Buy won't take it back, Virgin MObile does free warrenty service and phone replacement. I've used it twice.
