Why is netflix sending me 2 dvds when I am on the 1 dvd plan?

One day after they sent me the dvd on my queue, they sent another (obviously before I returned it). Any one else have this happen? Accident? Trying to get me to not cancel?

this has happened to me too

the next one at the top of your list was on either long or short wait in your area
but it was available in another area,

so rather than keep you waiting, they mailed it out from a facility where it was available as a free bonus rental

they do this all the time when the #1 in your queue is on short or long wait and is available from another shipping facility

Was the second one they sent actually on your queue and maybe next in line?
If so, it was probably just a goof on their part.

They must be getting desperate wanting to keep customers from cancelling.
