ok now before anybody says "because its canada." canada is included in participation but it says specifically they will not except videos form quebec and only quebec. well i just moved to quebec and i got a funny video of my hamsters doing somersaults that i was hoping to upload well now i cant and im pretty upset about it. i can understand if they assumed everybody in quebec only speaks french but i don't speak any at all. there are lots of people in quebec that speak english. dose anybody know why quebec is being excluded? thanks for taking the time to read this and hopefully answer my question.
