My sister made a video for my dad using a MacBook and we tried to burn it on a DVD disc from her computer but it didn't work. So I transferred the video to my computer and converted it to burn a new DVD. It converted from a .mov format to a .wmv format. Now it works in the TV DVD player, but it's all pixely and distorted. Is there a way I can fix this?? Please and thank you!
