Why is there a price difference between the BB Storms internet and the LG...

...Dares internet? Ok. I get my VZW upgrade in June and I am looking at the Storm and the Dare. I heard the Dares internet is 15 dollars a month meanwhile the Storms internet is 30 dollars a month. Why is that so?
