Why is there no Dragon ball, dragon ball z, dragon ball gt and the movies dvd box?

Why is there no complete collection, just the seperate dvs and maybe the odd Dragonball complete collection, but come on its be nearly 30 years since the anime and anime movies came out and yet theres still no definitive complete collection of all 3 series?Anyone else agree that there should be.
