Why is this sites google listing redirecting and why is the home page not

redirecting? I've never seen a site that has a google listing redirect to a wrong site even thought the url in the bottom of the browser says it should be going to the home page. And then if you type in the home page address it does not redirect. Is this a problem that google needs to fix??
www.amcmcs.com is the correct home page
if you search google for american commercial strategies it redirects to a wrong page.
any ideas what needs to be done to fix it?
