could a fuse be blown and thats stoping it from fireing. i know its not the timeing or anything. i think its something simple. but i can figure it out..its a 98 dodge neon 2.0 moter. 4 cylinder
have you checked the crank sensor and cam sensor, if they are not being read the vehicle will not start. if you have spark and fuel and firring order is correct it may be one of those 2 sensors.
