My cellphone isn't connecting to my PC?
I have a Samsung Gravity 2 SGH-T469.
I want to download music to my phone so I figured I'd buy a USB cable for it, since it didn't come with it when I bought the phone.
II connected it to my computer. Then a little bubble popped out of the start bar saying:
Found New Hardware
Samsung CDMA Technologies
So yeah, I'm like, okay.
Then a little window pops up:
Welcome to the Found New Hardware Wizard
This wizard helps you install software for:
SAMSUNG CDMA TECHNOLOGIES
What would you like your wizard to do?
- Install the software automatically (Recommended)
- Install from a specific location (Advanced)
I put the first one and click Next>.
Then it searches and it says after:
Cannot Install this Hardware
The hardware was not installed because the wizard cannot find the necessary software.
Click back if you have installation media such as a CD-ROM (which I obviously do not have), or if you know the location of the software (which I do not).
Then it gives me options and I just click Finish because I don't know what else to do.
Then another little thingy pops out saying that a problem occured during hardware installation and that it may not work properly.
