Why isnt my iphone recieving pictures? 10 points!?

i have a jailbroken iphone 3g 4.2.1, and i can easily send pictures. But im not recieving ones being sent to me. How do i fix this?

call your carrier's customer service line. they'll run a test and give you a pin to confirm and it should be working after that.
