Tiscali ? Thats a good one, if you were on utorrent i could tell you some tweaks for it. There is no rule that says you cant have both - but obviously the bandwidth is shared.
Have a play with the upload setting on that and try to load the trackers from the site of that torrent. Experiment with changing the port if the upload is set at 25 set it at 10 .
But to be honest you have not said what speed its downloading at ive waited 2 weeks for some large downloads.
