I work for an Asian co.My co-workers always complain about my food smelling too strong.I eat nothing but fish, salmon. chicken.veggies..etc Everyone is Japanese/ Korean when they eat kimchi, kalbi,or Japanese food smell too.But i never complain. We used to have breakfast/bagels. in the morning before starting to work..they also complain about the smell..no more breakfast/bagels.Now they complain about the food/smelling..Im thinking maybe is discrimination cause im the only latino working there? What can i do? Any solutions. Thanks..

Those are personal opinion, that got nothing to do with work or the job you are doing.
There is nothing you can do about it.

You think their food stinks and they think your food stinks. So what? It's a free country and anyone can voice their opinion about anything.

"Discrimination"? Ha ha ha . . that's funny. It's even funnier because you are serious. Get back to work.

Tell them to suck it. You have to put up with that rotten cabbage Kim-chi....so tell them to get over it. I would eat it every day till they shut there pie hole. lol

Screw 'em. They wouldn't know good food if it slapped them in the face. I am greek, and I eat a lot of feta cheese and fish, people were complaining that it smelled. I told them that I don't particularly care for the smell of their greasy McCheezwhiz cowpatty du jour, but I don't say anything. This is what I eat. That shut them up.
