Why my Nokia 7210 supernova always restarts whenever i will open the web?

i cannot use the internet because it always restarts whenever i will try to open a site..is there anything wrong? where? i need a solution..plz! tnx in advance!

i would like to ask, how to reprogram my nokia 7210 supernova. since then, when i open my phone, it only shows nokia theme(together with audio) then automatically flash out in a while. i tried to update the software using Nokia pc suite together with nokia software update but it won't work because i can't connect this phone to pc via USB cable since my phone suddenly turns off.

i also can't do any of the reformat tips shown on FAQs since I can't manage to go on their prescribe tools like restore factory settings etc.
what should I do? it's fine formatting my phone to default but I can't because when opened, starts in a while then shuts off.

any help would be much APPRECIATED. thank you.
