Why she'll complain to me about other guys flirting with her?

We work together and she is a very pretty women. We dated for about two months but stuff happened and she didn't want a serious relationship yet cause she wants to find herself. However when we talk at work she mentions/complains to me about how guys will flirt with her sometimes. I'm leaving for another jobs next month. Why would she do this?

Cause as you have already said she is not interested in having a relationship right now. Maybe she wants you back but i don't think so she just doesn't want a relationship is all.
