Why should you get an ipod 4 gen over a mp3 itouch?

I am not aloud to get an Ipod touch 4gen until im able to prove to my dad its better than a mp3 itouch other than price wise.
Here's what I know:
A mp3 itouch is basically a remake of a ipod that's cheap and basically plastic but my dad insists on getting cause its only 75$
A Ipod is better cause it has games, camera, so on.
So can I have some advice on thing i could tell my dad to convince him to get the ipod 4g instead of the cheap remake? :D

the ipod touch is a new technology that has been realeased by apple inc. it is very expensive in price wise, but good value for money as long as you dont mess it up by jailbreaking it. It has a good HD Camera for front and back view, it also includes FaceTime where you can interact with other people who have registered iTunes with the email adress, you have a wild vaireity of a choice of over 40,000,00 apps and counting, and you can also send messages to other people who have iDevices as long as the have the app too. it is a good value for money but if you buy one i would recomend a gel case because it helps prevent an accident of breakage and it provides comfort to your hand whilst you use it
