it is yellow i think and there is a flower in it. it always comes up when i start my car.

It's not a flower, it's a fan. As in, there's something wrong with your car's engine fan? But, see, in most cars, this indicator lights up whenever you start it, then goes away. If it goes away, there's nothing to worry about.
